Motel 6-Southington, Ct - Hartford

Tbh, had a very enjoyable stay for a business trip. I liked the hotel, everything was nice here. The room was newly renovated & updated with a microwave, microwave and refrigerator, a full size bed. The location was nice and excellent, the staff was amicable. I tried some drinks at broiler bar Wood-n-Tap, located 15 minutes walk away.

I enjoyed the staff, they are especially helpful and very amiable. It offers great services.

The location's fantastic for grabbing snacks, just steps away from a 7 Eleven. Nice enough for a quick stay.

I appreciated the staff's attentive service, always ready to assist. The room wasnice and neat, with easy access to parking and nearby shops.

More thorough cleaning in common areas would help.

I stayed for one night and the location was super convenient! Right near a 7-Eleven for quick snacks. The staff here were really nice and helpful, especially when I needed something. The room was okay, clean towels, but the bathroom could use a deep scrub. No microwave or fridge, kinda lame.

I loved the cleanliness of my room 🛏️ It was super convenient being close to shops and restaurants, but the neighboring rooms were a bit too loud for my liking.

disappointing experience for a one-night stay

The bed in my room was surprisingly comfortable, easy to fall asleep. The staff I encountered were polite and responsive, providing assistance when needed.

The location, while decent, does not compensate for the lack of amenities.

Convenient location, with nearby shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was a major concern. Hair was found on the bathroom floor, and both the sink and bathtub had severe drainage issues, leading to an unpleasant stay. A lack of in-room coffee pots also contributed to the overall disappointment, as I was unaware of the morning coffee service hours. Despite the staff being somewhat responsive, the experience was far from relaxing.

So I stumbled upon some great local grub near Motel 6! Just a hop away from Starbucks for that morning caffeine fix. D'Angelo's is perfect for a quick sandwich. The snack bar at the motel is a solid option too, keeping munchies at bay when you're chillin'! The staff were decent and helped with my requests.

The TV in my room wasn't functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, it remained a hassle. There were also cleanliness issues, as I spotted a footprint on what was meant to be a fresh shower mat, and the shower had weird bugs lingering around. The bed felt more like sleeping on a yoga mat resting on plywood rather than anything cozy. The second-floor railing looked like it might collapse, which left a slight concern about safety .

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, close to shops and eateries, which really resonated with me.

the heating didn't work properly.

I checked into this hotel and noticed its convenient location right off the highway. The check-in process was smooth, and the night clerk greeted me with a warm smile. My room had a comfortable bed,. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found crumbs on the floor and noticed the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. The shower didn't seem very inviting either, with some rust stains present. I appreciated the friendly staff but sensed a lack of attention to detail regarding housekeeping. The room rate was reasonable for the area, but I would expect better standards moving forward.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. Staff kindly assisted my old parents during our first stay. Don't miss the convenient snack bar. I'm coming back for a weekend!
